Jon Bibire
I’m a surreal and abstract artist from Northern Virginia. My favorite mediums are acrylic, oil, ink, graphite, colored pencils etc, on canvas, paper, glass, concrete, wood, acrylic glass, brass, copper, aluminum, steel, etc. My educational and trade background is thermodynamics, electrical engineering, and fine arts, a one of a kind combination that allows me to do extensive experiments under certain condition of pressure and temperature, pushing the superficial tension of paint, colors and medium used to the extreme. The fluidity, texture and color palette of my works are the result of tenacious and passionate experiments where science met art. More of my work, like photography, painting, drawing, collages, and mixed media, can be found at bibire.deviantart.com
